We purchase USDA beef from several sources, predominately located in Kansas and Texas.Those particular locations process an abundant amount of Oklahoma beef.
We carry all three grades of USDA beef - Select, Choice, and Prime. We cut and grind all meat on site. There is no additives, fillers, or dyes added to our ground beef, chicken, or pork. We hand cut all meat unless it has a bone. This will always yield the most tender cut available.
